As we welcome the New Year, we want to take a moment to thank every single one of you for your continued support.

This past year has been a very challenging one for us. Taking on a brand-new venture — and stepping into the hospitality world with no previous background — has been a huge learning curve. We went in headstrong, giving it our all, with one clear aim: to give our customers the best experience possible.

We’ll be the first to admit that at times we haven’t always got everything right, but we truly value all feedback. It helps us learn, grow, and continue moving forward, and for that we are very grateful. Alongside that, we’ve also received some truly outstanding feedback — feedback that has blown us away at times and made us incredibly proud of what we have achieved so far.

We know the bar still isn’t quite where we want it to be yet, but everyone has to start somewhere. We are forever thankful to those who have encouraged us, supported us, and had our backs — because this has without doubt been one of the most challenging moves we’ve ever taken.

Last, but absolutely not least, we want to say a huge thank you to our amazing team — those who have been loyal, worked tirelessly, and continue to give their best every day. We couldn’t do this without you.

We still have so much to come and we can’t wait to share some exciting news with you in the year ahead — including changes that will make it an even more pleasant and comfortable place to be.
