Booking Conditions

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you!

• Dining Time: Tables are allocated for 2 hours from the time of your reservation. Please check your confirmation email for details. If you require the table for longer then please call the restaurant to see if we can extend this for you.
• Reservations & Deposits: A £40 deposit is required for tables of 8 or more. We will contact you to arrange payment.
• Large Groups & Private Hire: For tables of 9 or more or private hire enquiries, please email reservations@cellosbarandbrasserie.com.
• Cancellations & No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
• Late Arrivals: Please let us know if you’re running late. We may not be able to hold your table for more than 15 minutes past your booking time.
• Final Bill & Service Charge: A discretionary service charge may be added to larger parties. Please speak to our team if you have any questions.
• Dietary Requirements: If you have any allergies or special dietary requests, let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
